Yes i do !! it can start to smell that’s  what my wife tells me(she doesn’t smoke)when ever I take them out the tent I never smell anything !! 
but not in my small tent that I use for my seedlings just a fan with a T5 light and I leave it open until I’m ready to move to the bigger tent under the leds
