I just saw those lights at my grow store. They run about $700. 4 rows of LEDs that are moveable. 5x5 area coverage. Can't remember three name of them right off hand.
Looks like they do a good job, $700 is not bad if you consider the pay back. Replacing one Super HPS bulb and the reduction in the electric bill and it will pay for itself in 3 months or so.

And i dont know what lights he is using, but if you want i can ask him what kind of light he uses CPW
