when I first saw signs I adjusted my amount in the recipe and hit em with a foliar spraying or two. That seem to make them happy, but I have to remember the amount they use now is more. I think at some point if it would have to be saturated with enough ions? to stop using so much but if your using drain to waste it would just pass on out of it so have to keep the schedule high in CalMg.

noticed also schedules that involve coco mixes are lower ppm, higher CalMg and don't taper this on or off on the schedule but encourage mixing a pH'd water with Cal Mg to bring EC into range.
Up until recently I didnt think you could over feed cal/mag at anytime but now I, thanks to Chubby's posts, I still dont think there is a big risk of Cal/Mag toxicity but I do think too much can block out other nutrients like P&K and too much of those can also block Cal/Mag. So I will keep feeding Cal/Mag every time but in moderation as the plants tell me they want more or less

I use it and swear by on all my plants, especially on the heavy feeders, like WHT Rhino, tomatoes 🍅 and banana ect 🪴 everything benefits , although I only use it every other week unless there are clear signs of deficiencies.
calmag every feeding. they thrive on Calmag, like a fat kid loves cake... and you can probably do a whole grow using only that

also depends on the water youre using. distilled an R.O. water is like a blank slate. no micro nutrients.
I use tap and ph myself. Keep it at the 6.5 mark.
So your growing in soil then? I think soil naturally has some, maybe even enough, cal/mag in it. Water and coco got nada
